We hope you find your visit to the home page of Chestnut Ridge Middle School enjoyable and informative. Our building is located along Route 56 approximately five miles west of Interstate 99 in East St. Clair Township. Originally constructed as a high school in 1955, and most recently renovated in 2006, Chestnut Ridge Middle School houses approximately 600 students in grades 3-7. Our goal is to provide students with an array of opportunities and experiences while focusing on a challenging core academic curriculum that includes five years of instruction in reading, language arts, math, science and social studies. A talented and dedicated teaching staff emphasizes active learning experiences in a safe and caring environment. The middle school's team approach builds and expands upon the elementary school years and takes into account the unique academic personal, physical, social and emotional needs of each student. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 839-4195 if you have questions or concerns.
